Apply a thin layer to cleansed, damp skin and gently massage in circular motions, avoiding the eye area; leave on briefly if desired, then rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry. Use 1–3 times per week depending on skin type and tolerance, and avoid use on active breakouts or immediately after procedures that disrupt the skin barrier; always follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen, as AHAs can increase sun sensitivity.
