NEOVA Cell Renewal Serum is formulated for all skin types showing visible environmental or sun damage, including fine lines, wrinkles, laxity, rough texture, and uneven tone. It combines hydroxy acids, Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate, vitamin E, antioxidants, and botanical extracts to resurface, support cellular renewal, and help protect against oxidative stress.
