Apply Active Tonic morning and evening after cleansing. Moisten a cotton pad and sweep gently over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. For men, use after shaving and cleansing. Blot dry if needed. For optimal results, follow with your preferred Cellcosmet serum or moisturizer. Not recommended for extremely sensitive or dermatitis-prone skin.
