How-To
To start your subscription, simply visit any The Method Skin product page and:
- Choose 'Subscribe & Save'
- Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example 'Delivery every 4 weeks'.
- Click on 'ADD TO CART'
You can then review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.
Once you've placed your subscription order, your product will be shipped to you automatically according to your frequency.

From your Subscriptions Overview, select 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' next to the product you'd like to change and you'll find the option to 'SKIP SHIPMENT'.

You can adjust your delivery frequency by logging into your account HERE.
Click 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' for the product you want to update.
- You'll see a 'DELIVERY SCHEDULE' section, allowing you to edit your frequency.
- You can also edit your 'NEXT CHARGE DATE' section if you have a particular shipment date in mind.

If all your subscriptions products have the same shipping address assigned:
- You can update for all via 'SHIPPING ADDRESSES', in the navigation menu of your subscriptions portal.
- Click the drop down arrow next to the address you want to edit and click 'EDIT SHIPPING ADDRESS'. You'll be able to update your details and hit Save.
If you want to change the shipping address for a specific product:
- Click 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' next to the product you'd like to update.
- You'll see a SHIPPING ADDRESS section that you can Edit.

To cancel, log into your The Method Skin account HERE.
From your Subscriptions Overview select 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' next to the product you wish to cancel. You'll find a 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' option when you scroll down to the bottom of the page.
You can also re-activate your subscription if you change your mind.
Log into your The Method Skin account HERE.
Click 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' next to your active subscription product. Your next charge date will be shown in the 'NEXT CHARGE DATE' section box. Click the arrow to adjust your charge date.
Log into your account HERE. Once you've clicked through to your Subscriptions portal, you'll see a button allowing you to 'ADD A PRODUCT'.
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll be billed that initial day for your first order and every time it recurs after that. You can adjust your subscription frequency, charge dates or skip deliveries from your Method Skin account HERE.

- Click through to your subscription portal and from the subscription navigation menu select 'PAYMENT METHODS'.
- Click the drop down arrow next to your current payment details and then Edit.
- Request to 'SEND UPDATE EMAIL'. You'll be emailed a billing form to the email address associated with your subscription.

Rewards points can only been redeemed against one-time product orders and not subscriptions.

Troubleshoot
You'll need to activate your The Method Skin account before you can use it. Create your account HERE. If you do have any problems, just drop us an email at concierge@themethodskin.com.
No problem. We'll always let you know via email if there is an issue with your payment method. After your first charge error, you'll receive an email asking you to update your payment information. You can do this by logging in to your The Method Skin account HERE.
If a payment card is declined, the software will make 8 charge attempts, every 6 days, before cancelling your subscription.
