14-Day Returns Policy
- Full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase
- Unopened products in original, saleable condition
- Entire kits must be returned complete
- Contact your Skin Concierge for your personalised returns number

Important: Due to medical-grade hygiene standards, opened products cannot be accepted for return unless clinically incompatible (exchange available via consultation).

The Small Prints
Discount codes, wherever applicable, must be used during the time of checkout, and cannot be applied to orders retrospectively.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to decline the returns request if any damage is not reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we cannot allow prescription items to be returned for a refund once they have been dispatched by the Pharmacy. If you have unwanted prescription items, please take them to your local Pharmacy for safe disposal.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at concierge@themethodskin.com.
If you change your mind, you can return products bought online within 14 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fee is not refundable in this case.
