Fantastic experience, Dr Mandy is such a joy to speak with, she really focuses on explaining on the whys behind her thought process which I love. The whole chat was so easy to organise, and it felt like chatting to an old friend about her hobby. I had a consultation with Dr Mandy a couple of weeks ago, my order arrived the following week and I've started using the treatment products for only a week, so it's early days. But my skin is already better hydrated, more glowy! Dr Mandy gives you a really reasonable plan, I was worried I'd get pressured into buying a ton of products but it's not like that - I had recommendations for two products, both of which I absolutely love! I've since reached back out for more recommendations as I'm keen to eventually swap out my entire routine based on Dr Mandy's advice, and my skincare plan has been updated the following day with the products readily available when I need them. I connected with Dr Mandy a few months back and received my skincare plan via GetHarley. Dr Mandy's personalised approach is really what sets her apart. Although she's got a superstar skin doctor status (at least in my eyes!) she's personable, relatable and the whole consultation was really enjoyable as I learnt more about my condition and what I can do to help myself. She's not all about selling products or treatments - which I find really refreshing but just taking a really holistic approach. I suffered from acne rosacea for my whole adult life but since being on treatment (no pills, no antibiotics!) my skin feels much healthier, honestly more resilient! If you're on the fence because you've had previous bad experience, I'd encourage you to take the leap of faith and speak to Dr Mandy, your skin will thank you later. I know mine sure does every day!!
