Refunds & Returns
We're here to help. If for any reason you need to return any The M-ethod product bought via this website, please contact our customer service team for easy and helpful instructions, which you will find in your order confirmation and shipping tracking email.
We offer a 30-Day Returns Policy.
Purchase direct from them-ethod.com with confidence, and definitely no hassle. If you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, we simply ask that any product is returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days after purchase. Please remember, when returning any kit item, you must return the entire set. Please allow up to 10 working days from the day of returning your item(s) for the return to be processed. You will then receive a full product refund (to the same payment method used for purchase) or product exchange as you prefer. Simply contact us for a returns number and upon receipt of your product, we will issue you with a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at order@them-ethod.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to decline the returns request if any damage is not reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we cannot allow prescription items to be returned for a refund once they have been dispatched by the Pharmacy. If you have unwanted prescription items, please take them to your local Pharmacy for safe disposal.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at order@them-ethod.com.
