I asked for the guarantee and they replied immediately online, but was unable to send me a screenshot of the guarantee so I emailed them and they again replied very quickly - while maintaining professional and friendly the entire way. The order was sent out the following day after I placed my order and very competitive pricing.

Very good customer service, the package was lost in transit and they reached out to help immediately. An easy 5 star for me for the experience. The product is easy to use and I'm using it for the past 2 weeks, so too early to say results but will return for an update
