The M-ethod™ has partnered with the respective medical-grade skincare brands’ official distributors and medical pharmacies to dispatch products to you. Wherever possible, we deliver our products to you via our GetHarley Skin Concierge, which also allows you to replenish your products whenever you wish.

UK Deliveries

All our UK deliveries are fully tracked.

Express UK Deliveries (Royal Mail, DPD & UPS)

£6.50 on orders under £100.

Free on orders £100 and above.

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

International Deliveries

We have partnered with FedEx via our Skin Concierge at GetHarley to ensure that we provide you with a fast and secure delivery service. As part of our delivery service we cover cross-border fees such as taxes, custom fees and import duties.

This means that there should never be any additional charge “surprises” for you to pay when you receive your parcel.

Please also note that all our deliveries are fully tracked and must be signed for, so you will know exactly where your parcel is at all times.

Express International Delivery (FedEx)

£15 GBP on orders under £250.

£10 GBP on orders £250 and above.

Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

Refunds & Returns

We're here to help. If for any reason you need to return any The M-ethod product bought via this website, please contact our customer service team for easy and helpful instructions, which you will find in your order confirmation and shipping tracking email.



We offer a 14-Day Returns Policy.



Purchase direct from them-ethod.com with confidence, and definitely no hassle. If you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, we simply ask that any product is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days after purchase. 

Please remember, when returning any kit item, you must return the entire set. You will then receive a full product refund (to the same payment method used for purchase) or product exchange as you prefer.

 Simply contact us for a returns number and upon receipt of your product, we will issue you with a refund.
